Matt and his team have carried out a complete renovation of our holiday flat in Norfolk - from the very first meeting, Matt was professional, friendly and very helpful in making suggestions and explaining how the work would be carried out. He was always tidy and careful with his work and carried out every element to the very highest standards. He also completed everything within the timescales agreed. In particular, he was excellent at communicating with us, which was great as we aren't local to the property, so it was really helpful that Matt regularly telephoned, emailed and sent photographs to keep us updated and to discuss progress. Overall, Matt has made the whole experience stress free and enjoyable and we love, love, love our holiday home!

Renovation of holiday cottage
Matt and his team renovated our cottage on the North Norfolk Coast. The work was completed within 8 weeks which was 2 weeks ahead of schedule, giving us lots of time to prepare the property for tenancy. Communication was great throughout the project and it even came in below budget which was a lovely bonus. Thank you Matt, we will hopefully work with you again on our other properties.
